Excellent service from a passionate front desk clerk (Eric I think?). The rooms are excellent, but the bathrooms aren't very large. For truckers, there is a dead end street with construction for you to turn around in, but holy heck is it rough!
Not terrible but not great. Cool air, rooms smelled fine, breakfast was free and had a decent selection. The indoor pool is tiny and freezing. Water pressure was below my expectations and the beds are small. It's nice having a microwave and fridge in the rooms... 3-4 stars out of 5.
Good hotel with good service, and nice room. Well maintained. Breakfast is horrible, thinnest bacon I've ever seen, tasted like greased paper.

It was necessary for the check-in clerk to ask for my credit card number 3 separate times! Am guessing NO computer, as appeared all information was written on paper??? Was assigned a room, as had been requested, 3rd floor near the elevator. Entered the room, and observed a very musty and unpleasant smell? Following a complaint to the desk clerk, we were assigned another room across the hall. Carried our suitcases in, and prepared for the evening. Within 45 minutes the door was opened by 2 gentlemen who had been assigned the same room, and keys prepped for that room. Totally unsatisfactory!!! Poor management - bad situation
