Really nice employees and very prompt service.
After traveling back home all day, my family (my 3 children, and my parents) and I stopped at KFC in Guymon. Cat was at the counter staring at her watch impatiently waiting for us to order. We got there 1 hour before closing time. They did not have any of the chicken we ordered. We also got the wrong meal. They were very unhelpful and rude when asking for condiments i was directed several times to an empty bowl of condiments, finally having another customer and myself tell them twice it was empty. Like i said before Cat was at the counter and very unhelpful and unfriendly.
I didn't order regular, because we don't like regular we like crispy.
At witch time I was told it was too close to closing and I would have to take regular.
The employees there are racist, we stood at the counter about 10 minutes waiting to order, then a white lady came to counter and ask for tooth pick all of a sudden one of the workers recognize someone was at counter. After the lady left it still took about 3 additional minutes for Maya I think that was her name to ask "can I help you" I said yes , I need your customer service number, the employee went to the back I guess to ask another employee what to do, then after 2 min came and handed me a paper with a email address. I did have enough sense to not order from this rude KFC. And by the way the store was full of white males, who made a remark "do anybody know where the rednecks are" ignorant bastards, these are the type of men Donald Trump's should be calling "Son of Bitches" because there may just be that.
So I told them I needed my money back.
We got there at about eight pm give or take 5 minutes.
I was truly baffled!
After all they have 1 hour 45 minutes until they close, duh cook some crispy.
More expensive than most KFC's but it doesn't mean their ain't no good customer service. In fact the customer service here is fantastic and I love every bit of it. I told the cashier the frustration for the 5 dollar lunch box being a dollar more than what a standard KFC lunch box should be. After expressing that opinion. The cashier decided to mess with the computer to round my total to 7.00 exact basically giving me a large drink which is normal 1.99 for like 40 cents. Will not forget that.
My wife and I went to the kfc in Guymon OK to get their 20 dollar chicken meal.
After ordering we sat down and waited for about 15 minutes, then a cook from the kitchen came out and said they were low on crispy chicken and could we be satisfied with regular.
What kind of chicken place doesn't have chicken to sell, 2 hours before close on a Friday night?
Perhaps they should take the crispy off the menu at 8 pm, and whatever else they don't feel like cooking, this way people don't waste their time!
