The customer service is not the same ever since they switched from Eco Water to Advance Water. Also if you ever wanted to service your own system forget it they will not give you any information about the filters or really help at all, but they will be happy to take your money. I would recommended just going to Menards or Home Depot and buy your system there for a fraction of the price and you can still get high quality filters.
Employees are very rude and will not share information on the grade of filters that are being used or any information on their product, but will more than gladly sell you a over priced filter. Quit using their service after 10 years due to the poor customer service.
Advanced Water Solutions is great! Service is awesome... an they are friendly and knowledgeable...very much worth the money spent!!!!
We finally have the water my wife an I have been wanting....good clean soft water!!! Service is great!! you will not find a better solution!! Do not waste your money on cheap water products.. they do not have warranty or service.. very happy with R.O system.. also i had Shawn add in a water ionizer filter for more taste..truly the best water i have ever had!!!
