Worst experience customer service ever. They don't even do their job right.
Absolutely terrible service. I asked if the agency was closed because no one has been answering the phone for over an hour. He replied, "Thanks for calling. Have a good day", and hung up the phone. He couldn't even take 5 seconds to properly answer my question.

Most work 8-5 that makes no sense to stay open only on Monday till 5:30 not the rest of the week.
