Love this gym and the "family" you gain from working out here!! Joining this gym has been one of the hardest, most rewarding things I've done. Definitely recommend stopping in and trying out a class!!
Crossfit Guymon is hands down the best gym I've ever been to. Positive vibes, great coaches, and a great group of people who get you pumped about fitness. They have challenges all the time to get you to your goals and keep things fun and interesting. I'm so thankful they opened this gym.
I've been working out and lifting since 2006 and have never improved so much so fast as I have since I started attending crossfit Guymon. Great coaches and a very friendly, non-judgmental atmosphere. I highly recommend this gym.

Try it YOU will LOVE it! People are very friendly and owners are super duper NICE. I enjoy working out at a place that pushs you to your limit. when you don't believe you can do it they are always there to remind and encourage you that you have what it takes to be an Athlete :)
